Called for an estimate for some facia repair. I was told they charge 60 bucks for an estimate!!?? Good luck staying in businesses with that policy. Yeah sure, drive around all day handing out ridiculous quotes while you collect fees.. maybe that is your actual business model?
Our experience was amazing from start to finish. Derrick explained everything promotly. The worker's arrived on time, were very protective of our home and landscaping. They set up protective tarps so nothing would get broken or damaged. We love our new roof and would HIGHLY recommend Titan Roofing & Siding to anyone.
I had Titan Roofing & Siding assess the problems with my roof, eavestrough, gutter guards and downspouts. I'm impressed with their assessment and ideas to solve the problems - Very thorough and professional - will be hiring them to complete the work.
They do charge a service fee to give you a quote. I wish it had that stated somewhere online but otherwise polite and responsive from my short experience with them.
