From our first meeting with Anthony, the owner of Innovative Roofing, we knew this was someone we could trust and work with. But to do our due diligence we interviewed eight other roofing companies and learned whatever we could about roofing materials and roofing methods. Many of the companies we spoke with were excellent, however Innovative Roofing still stood out amongst all of them. Anthony would always get back to us quickly with texts or phone calls. The roof tile took about four months to come in (which is pretty standard) and they began the old roof tear off pretty much on schedule. Despite beginning right before the holidays (December 18) the roof was completed within 3 weeks. We were thrilled with the final product and with all the workers. Many had high praise for Anthony and one long time employee told me that he treats his employees very well so they can imagine how he treats the customers. Our next door neighbor, watching from his second story office, was impressed at how meticulous and precise the workers were in doing their tasks. We cannot recommend Innovative Roofing highly enough. We have heard so many horror stories about roofers that we were kind of gun shy. But working with Anthony and Innovative, we never gave it a second thought.
5 stars - From estimates, planning and all the way through installation it was a smooth and painless process. Anthony and the awesome team at Innovation Roofing did a fantastic job all throughout the project including answering questions and providing guidance throughout. I personally would recommend them to anyone in need for a new roof or repair without hesitation. Some of the other companies that provided estimates came across as so dishonest and unprofessional. Both Brett and the entire staff at Innovative Roofing were outstanding. The individuals who turned up to finish the assignment were capable. They work together rather well. They did a great job cleaning up after the job, too. Everything proceeded flawlessly from start to finish. I was amazed with the professionalism of both your crew and yourself. I think you're the best, no question about it. I appreciate that you are always available when needed and that you return calls and emails quickly. I strongly advise anyone looking to replace their roof to get in touch with your company.
We recently got a concrete tile re-roof done and I can't say enough good things about Innovative Roofing. Anthony, Brett, Ashley, Ali and all of the different crews that came to work on our house were great to work with. Selecting a contractor was an intimidating and stressful process for me because of all the horror stories I'd heard. Working with Innovative Roofing dissipated my fears with each step of the process. They were considerate, helpful and responsive every step of the way. From the beginning when they came out and did a courtesy patch on my roof leak while we waited on tile and the quote with no money required until tear off and the bulk of the money not due until after final inspection, they set themselves apart and built my confidence in them. A process that I was very nervous about ultimately went very smoothly. Inspections and engineering tests passed with no issues and the City Inspector even said they were one of the best roofing companies. They were also great about making sure I got everything I needed for my My Safe Home reimbursement. Thank you to all of the staff at Innovative Roofing who had a hand in getting my roof project done. It looks amazing!
3 years ago Innovative Roofing replaced both our daughters roofs in two different towns here in South Florida. They both told us how professional their entire projects were from start to completion and how beautiful their homes look. They just completed our total roof installation and we highly recommend them as being a great company not only for the quality of the work, but for their open and available communication with us before and during the entire project! There were no problems or surprises, just a beautiful new roof!
