2 years ago Brandon came to my home to give me a price for some tile repair. I asked him about my roof and he told me I had a couple years left but to please remember Dynasty when it was time to replace my roof. I was so impressed. It was a no brainer to call Dynasty when I was ready. Replacing a roof is a huge commitment financially and very stressful. Dynasty was truly amazing from the day Antonio came to my home with the estimate until today when they came to put the finishing touches, pick up my old gutters and walked around my house cleaning up. The work was done in a timely manner, they were in constant contact. It was truly a stress free process. Almost forgot…Every person that came to work on the roof was professional and polite!
Monday Day 1 I called Dynasty Roofing Concepts. I reached the owner, Antonio Young, on the first try. Antonio listened carefully to my urgent situation and answered every question. (Insurance was cancelling my policy for having an old roof) Antonio was patient and informative. Tuesday Day 2 Antonio came out immediately, gave a quote the same day, and I signed the contract that night. Wednesday Day 3 Antonio obtained permit approval with the city. He came to my home personally that evening to explain the contract and have me choose the materials. Thursday Day 4 the materials were ordered. Monday Day 8 materials were delivered. Tuesday Day 9 and Wednesday Day 10 the roof was completely replaced with final inspection done. I was so impressed with the level of professionalism. Antonio was polite, professional, punctual, and fast-acting. His crew was super tidy. The job site was immaculate. That alone was huge. Several neighbors stopped by to comment how fast the roof got done and asked for the company contact information. I highly recommend Dynasty Roofing Concepts and the owner Antonio Young. A good honest caring business owner is a critical component of a successful business. I am thrilled with this experience. (and my home insurance got reinstated)
After interviewing and receiving quotes from 11 roofing contractors we decided to proceed with Dynasty Roofing Concepts LLC to replace both our sloped tile roof and flat roof on our home. I can’t tell you how happy we are with our decision! From the first encounter with owners Antonio and Brandon to the final inspection by the City of Ft Lauderdale the experience was top notch! The quote we received from Dynasty was not the lowest of the group, however the confidence and comfort they gave us about how the project would proceed and their commitment to giving us the best quality installation made us feel that they were the right company for the job. We changed our slope roof from a barrel tile to a flat tile to give the house a more modern look. Our flat roof in the rear of the property had been ponding water for quite some time so the guys suggested a sloping package to help with drainage. Once we signed the contract we had a several month wait for the materials ( which was standard with all of the suppliers we interviewed). However the guys were great on communication with us and keeping us abreast of the timelines. Once the delivery date for the tile was confirmed, the team sprung into action to tear off the old slope and flat roofs. The tear off was well orchestrated and went off without a hitch and most importantly without a mess for us. Our pool was covered, our paver driveway was protected and our property in general was treated with respect. The team did the tear off and put the first layer of roof protection down on both the slope and flat roof in one day. No need to worry overnight about rain that might damage an unprotected interior. The next day the team was back. After the work form the first day was inspected by the city, they began to to lay down the fiberglass adhesive which would be the final layer before tile on the slope, and they installed the slope package and finished the flat roof all together. Once again, clean up was great and our property was left in tip top shape to await further inspections and delivery of the flat tile roofing material. The flat tile arrived about a week later and was completed in full in a little over 2 days. We were very happy about the co-ordination between the tear off and final installation complete so as not to leave our underlayment exposed to the elements longer than it absolutely had to. Overall we were very impressed with Dynasty Roofing Concepts and have been absolutely happy with the job they did and the quality and respect they provided throughout the whole engagement. I would highly recommend them for any of you roofing needs with 5 Stars! AND 2 Thumbs Up! Thanks Antonio, Brandon and Crews for a job well done!
