Of the several neighbors I have spoken to, there is a common view that this is clearly a Class A roofing company. The striking feature is that everybody knows his/her (yes there are ladies on the roof) role in this process - team work at its best ! These folks are extremely hard working, they hardly stop, and they are so energetic and caring. As the first pic shows, they don't stop for the day until their job is done, and the second shows the team work. Everybody is imprssed by Luis who plays such a great part in communicating the processes and progress with our neighbors. There is a need for more roof replacements in our six-village community, and I have no hesitation at all in recommending this company as their choice of contractor.
Very reliable, professional, responsive to calls & e-mails, pleasant - love my new roof & hope it lasts a lifetime. ( I’m no youngster- so i think i’m golden!!) Nils was great from start to finish! Very patient when answering your questions.
I rarely write negative reviews . If I have a problem with a contractor or anyone else I just resolve and move on. This experience was compelling enough to write about. I took the advice of a neighbor and contracted them without getting any other estimates. The neighbor liked them. They repaired my roof in acceptable time . However they damaged a fountain beyond repair . Left nails in the driveway damaging tires and trampled and destroyed my landscape lighting. I withheld the final payment until they fixed the issues. It took 4 months to finally get the fountain replaced . They were keenly interested in getting paid but less interested in repairing their mistakes. Their take was that I didn't want to pay the bill. Not the case!!! My overall experience was not good and I would never recommend them. My fear today is that if I have a problem with my 56K roof, I will have to get an attorney to have them warranty their work. Be careful.
Distinctive Roofing repaired my roof and coated the flat roofs in 2020, and I needed another minor repair this year. Upon contacting the company, I promptly received their proposal for the work and , although they forewarned me of a potential delay due to rainy weather, their workers came out within 2 day’s time and fixed the leak. I recommended Distinctive Roofing to my neighbor who is satisfied with the temporary repairs made and have since signed a contract for a new roof.
