I hired Coastal Roofing to replace a roughly 4,000 sq. ft. white cement tile roof with a dove gray metal roof. Coastal engaged Dynamic Metals to supply the material for a job that is rather complicated by the roof’s changing pitches and angles. My experience is clearly an unusual one as after the roof was completed in February 2023, it was determined by Coastal and Dynamic that the metal supplied to Dynamic for the new roof was defective. Coastal stood by its warranty and, working with Dynamic, in October 2023 removed and replaced the entire metal roof that was installed earlier in 2023. Coastal’s Bryen Dennis oversaw both the initial and the replacement projects. He was a pleasure to work with and was extremely responsive to the many questions posed over both projects. I am delighted to say that we are very happy with the final outcome. Imagine in this day and age, how good it was to work with companies (Coastal and Dynamic) that actually stand behind their work. It was amazing that all this was handled without even the threat of litigation. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Coastal Roofing!
Hired them to for a complete roof replacement. We went with charcoal slate, flat tile. Bryen Dennis was incredible to work with from start to finish. His communication was superb and we felt confident every step of the way as he provided almost daily updates to keep up informed. The workers were courteous and cleaned up every day before leaving. I quoted 10 other roofers before making my decision and I'm so glad I went with this company. Highly recommend!
I wouldn't recommend anyone else. We called over 18 roofers in the area to fix 2 leaks, replace underlayment and roof decking and no one has responded to us EXCEPT Coastal Roofing and Waterproofing. We waited 24-48 hours for an answer from one of the roofers and Bryen from Coastal Roofing and Waterproofing was the ONLY ONE who called back within the hour and came out to examine the damage within the same day without forcing a "inspection payment" on us. Bryen and his crew did such an amazing job. Besides the phenomenal work, their customer service couldn't have been any better. Thank you so much for your help. You saved our sale twice on this house.
Do not use this company. They came out within the last 90 days to stop water from seeping in two rooms that are in front side of house. As of two weeks ago we had a extremely heavy downpour and water seeped in. I called the company and spoke to his secretary several times and Dustin did call me back I explained the situation and he tells me oh I've had issues with my guys doing jobs not telling me and charging customers. I said ok you sent them someone out and I called your company. Bottom line he won't do anything. Watch out for Mike and John they are the scammers . These are the guys Dustin sent out! Mike came over looked over again the area they fixed and said he'd fix it. Baloney! He says he no longer works with the company. He told this to us on 8/27/2018. I spoke to Dustin this morning and he tells us oh I'm having problems with many customers just like you. Unbelievable. Do not use Coastal Roofing and Waterproofing! First contact was Coastal Roofing and Waterproofing Spoke to Owner Dustin. He explained what they can do! Owner is being deceitful on his comment. You were first contact! You sent out Mike band and John!
They sent out repair men that robbed me. They charged me $2000 to tighten up my roof and seal the foundation of my home and I still have the same problems I had before I called them. The owner is refusing to correct the poor work saying that repair men he sent out kept the money for themselves and never submitted my payment to the owner. Although the company sent these repair people to do the work now the owner claims the repair men stole my money. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
