Great company and respectable guys, from Bryen to Dustin Heaps are very respectable and trustworthy. I'm extremely satisfied with the installation of both roofs angle and flat. Had some small issues at the beginning but these guys stand by their warranty and labor, next day early morning they already had a crew checking into the issue which was repaired and fixed. I am beyond happy with coastal roofing. Jim walked me through everything every detail. They were fast I had my roof done about 2 weeks and very affordable. And I searched a lot of roofing companies. My roof looks great and is repaired and safe.
Coastal did a phenomenal job on my two most recent roofing issues. They repaired an issue at the front of my home several months ago. They took my call the first time I rang-in, had a representative on my property that same day with a very honest proposal regarding the work and the length of time it would take to complete. They were honest, forthcoming, really knowledgeable about the issue, and made me feel safe and in control under their care. The repair took place a day later and they were the most respectful workers I've ever had on my property. The contained all of their mess, cleaned up immediately, and left the front of my home in better working order than when they arrived. Of course, for a new job on the same roofing topic, I called them first. I had the opportunity to work with their owner, Dustin, who was extremely customer-service orientated and spent time on the phone helping me understand the hidden nuances of my job. He had my property evaluated on a Friday afternoon, and had workers on-site Monday first thing. They were focused, dialed-into the work and got right to addressing the job! Dustin was beyond kind and professional to work with, and really understood the importance of my business as a repeat customer. I'm grateful for their work, and for their dedication to their craft. I would ABSOLUTELY call them again for a future job that required roofing support / expertise, and highly recommend them to anyone feeling lost as they search for an honest and trustworthy vendor in the space. I'm really disappointed with this company. Their customer service is not good at all. At first, when I was buying from them, they were quick to respond and very professional, especially Bryan. And their work seemed fine, backed up by a 10-year warranty. I was so happy with them that I even recommended them to three people. But after just two years, I noticed cracks around the tiles, showing that the roof wasn't sealed properly. I tried to talk to the company about it many times, calling them and sending emails to their number 844-730-roof, but they never got back to me. They kept saying they'd fix it, but they never did anything. So, I contacted Cristina Muscaro directly on her phone at 239-200-22xx. At first, she seemed sorry and said she'd sort it out, but then she stopped replying to me. It's clear that their 10-year warranty doesn't mean much. Because of this, I can't recommend this company anymore. I wouldn't trust them to handle any emergencies. In short, be careful dealing with this company. They might seem good at first, but their service after you've signed a contract is the worst. It's hard, if not impossible, to get help from them once they've started the job.
