Great company and respectable guys, from Bryen to Dustin Heaps are very respectable and trustworthy. I'm extremely satisfied with the installation of both roofs angle and flat. Had some small issues at the beginning but these guys stand by their warranty and labor, next day early morning they already had a crew checking into the issue which was repaired and fixed. I hired Coastal Roofing to replace a roughly 4,000 sq. ft. white cement tile roof with a dove gray metal roof. Coastal engaged Dynamic Metals to supply the material for a job that is rather complicated by the roof’s changing pitches and angles. My experience is clearly an unusual one as after the roof was completed in February 2023, it was determined by Coastal and Dynamic that the metal supplied to Dynamic for the new roof was defective. Coastal stood by its warranty and, working with Dynamic, in October 2023 removed and replaced the entire metal roof that was installed earlier in 2023. Coastal’s Bryen Dennis oversaw both the initial and the replacement projects. He was a pleasure to work with and was extremely responsive to the many questions posed over both projects. I am delighted to say that we are very happy with the final outcome. Imagine in this day and age, how good it was to work with companies (Coastal and Dynamic) that actually stand behind their work. It was amazing that all this was handled without even the threat of litigation. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Coastal Roofing!
Coastal did a phenomenal job on my two most recent roofing issues. They repaired an issue at the front of my home several months ago. They took my call the first time I rang-in, had a representative on my property that same day with a very honest proposal regarding the work and the length of time it would take to complete. They were honest, forthcoming, really knowledgeable about the issue, and made me feel safe and in control under their care. The repair took place a day later and they were the most respectful workers I've ever had on my property. The contained all of their mess, cleaned up immediately, and left the front of my home in better working order than when they arrived. Of course, for a new job on the same roofing topic, I called them first. I had the opportunity to work with their owner, Dustin, who was extremely customer-service orientated and spent time on the phone helping me understand the hidden nuances of my job. He had my property evaluated on a Friday afternoon, and had workers on-site Monday first thing. They were focused, dialed-into the work and got right to addressing the job! Dustin was beyond kind and professional to work with, and really understood the importance of my business as a repeat customer. I'm grateful for their work, and for their dedication to their craft. I would ABSOLUTELY call them again for a future job that required roofing support / expertise, and highly recommend them to anyone feeling lost as they search for an honest and trustworthy vendor in the space. This company caused damage to my attic and ceiling from a new roof that is not even 2 years old. They have replied to emails but keep playing games on when they will fix the problems they caused. They told me someone would come to fix it at 2pm so we took off work to be here after 2 months of waiting. NO SHOW, NO CALL, NO EMAIL. Just NOTHING after being patient for 2 months from damage they caused. Fyi the last review my husband left a MONTH ago the owner Dustin replied that he had no record of us or our account. Well...he does. I'll upload his emails if he replies that way again. Watch out for contact from attorneys Dustin. We were patient but not anymore.
