Mike was courteous and polite. Has a “no problem, sir” attitude. Original installation the compressor platform was laid on top of the old one which was smaller. Problem was the landscapers mowing the grass with these giant mowers hit the platform and it slid off the old one, and was tilted. Mike removed the compressor and the platform, and ripped out the old one by himself. He put everything back better than it was before. Great job.
James the plumber was the reason I went with Art Plumbing. From start to finish, James took the time to think through the problem and find a solution that worked. He explained my options and took the time to answer my questions as well. In addition, the plumbing manager was willing to work with me regarding the cost of the project to my satisfaction. If I need a plumber again, I would not hesitate to call Art Plumbing.
Robert was amazing. He was incredibly informative, helpful, and knowledgeable about my current water heater situation, the different option recommendation, and the installation. He went out of his way to make sure things went well. Excellent service. Very professional, quality workmanship, and great communication throughout. Daniel was amazing, he is like a super hero that flew in to save the day!! I am happy about the work that was completed in my home. Excellent experience during installation. Extremely detail, professional and cleanliness. The only concern I had was the payment collection, John wanted to be paid in full before the installation crew arrived at my house. According to the contract that I signed, funds are collected in full once the job is completed. Again that was a small issue but overall, it was a great experience.
