ABC roofing has the worst customer satisfaction. I had my roof replaced by them in 2018. My roof has leaked EVERY year since. They came out twice in 2022 and twice in 2023 in an attempt to fix the leaks. Both upstairs bathroom has leaks. My sons bedroom is leaking on his bed but they claim they aren’t responsible. Here we are in 2024 and my roof is still leaking. When I asked about the damages to the inside of my home, they tell me they aren’t responsible for and damage done to the inside of my home. I explained we wouldn’t be having this conversation had the workmanship been done correctly. A new roof supposed to last 20-25 years my roof leaks if we have two or more days of rain. Save yourself the stress and headache and hire a reputable company that would stand by their work.
ABC Roofing did an outstanding job. They finished my roof in 3 weeks. From tearing the old roof off, inspections and putting the new tiles on. Patrick and George were great. Nobody likes to spend money on a roof, however ABC roofing pricing was clearly better than anybody out there. George keeps you updated on everything. I had an amazing experience with ABC Roofing Corp. I worked with Joe (Joey) Simms, who was totally customer-focused, friendly, and quite professional. Joey contacted me ahead of time when he was en route to the appointment, explaining the process. He arrived on time, took pictures of the missing tile and damage to the roof, and communicated the cost to repair. Because I was under a tight deadline with my insurance company for repairs to be completed, Joey scheduled the repairs within 3 days. ABC Roofing was recommended by my neighbor who was pleased with her new roof, which the company installed. ABC Roofing is currently under contract with many of my neighbors in Whispering Woods because of the company's excellent reputation in the industry. I fully recommend and endorse ABC Roofing. I’ve been an A B C Roofing customer for 24 years. Nobody else has ever worked on my house. I’m an enthusiastic homeowner. Always got a good response and they always did what was needed. My house is a difficult puzzle with 5 sub roofs and a large flat roof. Thank you to the entire team from the owner to the sales team to the labor force. It’s a real compliment to see many of the same folks for all these years. Kudos!!
BUYER BEWARE... ABC doesn't stand behind their warranty. I called them out last year to look at a leak on the side of my house. The roof was still under warranty at that time. The gentleman told me it was not a roof leak but just rotting facia board caused by the improper installation of the gutter and wouldn't be covered under warranty. Fast forward to April 2024 and had Joe (ABC's estimator) come out to quote me on replacing facia board and he told me it is a roof leak caused by a small valley near by that was not draining properly. Of course it should have been repaired back when it was under warranty but wasn't. They didn't even offer to give me some kind of break. And this is how they treat a loyal customer who has used them to replace the roofs of my last two houses and who has recommended them to friends. I guess the little bit of money they saved is worth it to them.
