I can't make enough positive comments to express just how outstanding GH Roofing and Martin Hernandez are as roofers. I wish I could give them 10 stars. They are beyond competent and know everything there is to know about roofs. Martin and his team are always reliable and on time as well as great communicators. You'll understand exactly what they are doing. Their prices are always fair and they would never tell you that you need a repair you really don't need or charge you an outrageous price. So much integrity and honesty. I just hired them to work alongside my electric contractors to replace my entire electrical system so it is up to code. GH Roofing came to take some tiles off the roof where the new electrical pipes had to come through the attic and up past the roof line. Then they put it all back together to ensure I would not have roof leaks. When I need a new roof. I won't let anyone but GH Roofing do the work.
Armando from GH Roofing did an excellent job repairing my flat roof leak. Among the roofers I contacted, Martin was the only one who was both knowledgeable and sincere. He didn't accept my payment until almost two weeks later, ensuring the leak was fixed correctly. I highly recommend using GH Roofing.
Sealed & repaired leaks on my flat roof over the pool deck. They sealed up all the seams & it still leaked afterwards. Martin returned & determined that the leak must be from the border where the flat roof meets the home’s pitched roof. They pulled off 1st row of asphalt shingles and found the drip edge improperly installed (not enough sealant & fasteners to hold it in place). Made the proper repairs & it hasn’t leaked since. Excellent work. Cost was good at around $2k. Before & after photos shown for the 2 steps of the job.
I was given GH Roofing's info as a recommendation from an Electrician that was doing some work on a property in Hollywood great friends of mine just bought. Martin and the team were extremely quick to respond, coordinated things with hours, confirmed the following morning they were able to stop by and address the minor roof issue, and were extremely professional and efficient. If I had any other roofing company's contact info, I would delete all of them and only count on GH. I'm a real estate investor, property manager and Realtor, most of what I do is build properties in the West Coast of the State but I live in Boca, I know quality craftsmanship and a company willing to attend to your urgent needs, when I meet one. Don't hesitate to call these guys, amazing work and thank you all very much! Danny
